Your screening information is private. It will not be displayed on your public participant profile or shared with other participants.
- Applicants must provide truthful information.
- Screening documentation must belong to the applicant.
- Documents may need to be current and meet the requirements specified by The Dating Room.
- Participation is subject to approval.
- Screening does not guarantee personal safety or compatibility.
- Participants are expected to follow the event code of conduct.
- The Dating Room may refuse participation where eligibility or safety requirements are not satisfied.
- Decisions involving screening information will be handled confidentially and according to applicable law.

Harassment, intimidation, threats, discriminatory behaviour or unwanted conduct will not be tolerated.
No pressure
Nobody is required to pursue a connection, exchange contact information or continue interacting with another participant.
Safety
Follow host and staff instructions.
Accountability
Participants may be removed from an event for violating the Code of Conduct.
