By participating in a Dating Room event, participants may appear in photographs, video recordings, social media content, promotional materials, website content, advertising, and other marketing communications created by or for The Dating Room.

The purpose of using this media is to showcase the experience, promote The Dating Room, and communicate with our community and prospective participants.
No guarantee of use
Providing consent does not mean that your image or likeness will necessarily be used. The Dating Room may choose which photographs, recordings, and other media it uses for promotional purposes.

Media consent
By participating in The Dating Room, I acknowledge that photography, video recording, audio recording, and other forms of media capture may take place during the event. I consent to The Dating Room and its authorized representatives capturing and using my image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, video, audio, and other recordings for the purposes of promoting and marketing The Dating Room and its events.
I understand that approved media may be published on The Dating Room's website, social media platforms, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing channels.
I understand that once content is published online, it may be viewed, shared, reposted, or otherwise distributed by members of the public and that The Dating Room cannot control how third parties may use or redistribute publicly available content.

Participant privacy
Your moment is public. Your file isn't.
Your participation in The Dating Room does not authorize us to publicly display private application information, screening documents, government identification, police record information, contact information, or other confidential personal information.
Private participant information will continue to be handled according to The Dating Room's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Participant names
The Dating Room may identify participants by their preferred name, first name, contestant number, or other approved identifier when creating promotional content.
